We mainly offer matcha from Uji, Yame, and Kagoshima. Our selection ranges from organic first-harvest matcha to options suited for lattes and food processing.
Please tell us how you plan to use the matcha and the quantity you need. Let us know whether you are considering regular orders as well, and we will recommend suitable options.
Yes. Samples are available upon request.
The total cost is USD 100, including the sample fee and international shipping.
We usually send around four to six different samples.
Each sample usually contains 20 g. Some matcha samples may contain 10 g.
Please provide the recipient’s name, shipping address, telephone number, and email address. Additional information may be required depending on the destination country.
Please store matcha in a cool, dark place. The shelf life is approximately one year, and refrigeration is recommended.
As a general rule, our minimum order quantity is 10 kg.
Yes. Orders may include multiple types of matcha.

After you have evaluated the samples and placed a formal order, payment is required in advance. Once payment is received, the matcha is milled and prepared for shipping. OEM orders follow a separate process.
Samples are usually prepared in approximately one week. Formal wholesale orders usually take approximately one month before shipping.
Payment is accepted in US dollars or Japanese yen through Wise or international bank transfer (T/T).
Changes, cancellations, and returns are not accepted after an order has been confirmed.
Yes. We ship matcha from Japan to international destinations.
We currently ship to destinations including the United States, Singapore, Australia, the Philippines, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, the UAE (Dubai), and Germany. Please contact us to confirm shipping availability for your country.
We use FedEx for international shipping.
Shipping fees are based on the FedEx rate at the time of shipment. Fuel surcharges may change over time.
Customs duties, import taxes, and related charges are the responsibility of the importer.
Delivery usually takes approximately one to two weeks after dispatch.
Available documents vary by matcha and may include organic certification and product specification sheets.
Responsibility depends on the cause and circumstances. As a general rule, we cannot accept responsibility after an order has been dispatched.
Yes. We support both OEM and private label projects.
We can provide end-to-end support for private labels, custom matcha blends, and the ordering of tins or pouches.
The minimum order quantity is 500 pieces.
Yes. We can support the development of an original matcha blend for your product.
Yes. We can discuss suitable options for the container, fill weight, label, and packaging.
The process includes selecting the matcha, confirming the production quantity, finalizing the tin or pouch design, ordering materials, filling, packing, and shipping.
The fastest projects may be completed in approximately two months. The usual timeline is approximately three to four months.
